Recognizing a unique opportunity, Michael Moorhouse applied for the scheme. He successfully enrolled after presenting a well-structured business strategy. As part of setting up his business, Michael conducted extensive searches through trademark records, industry directories, and dictionaries. His goal was to find a unique trading name. During this research, he discovered that the term "Gardenscapes" was not registered as a trademark or commonly used phrase.
